Truffle Making Class
Learn the basics of making chocolate truffles. Students will make various fillings and learn techniques for piping and scooping truffle centers. Everyone will dip and coat the truffles. No special tools will be needed torecreate the recipes at home. Different types of chocolates and resources in Switzerland will be discussed. Ideas for numerous other truffle varieties will be discussed and can easily be made once students learn the basics.
